Fabrication

Our fabrication department capabilities allow us to cut and bend most any material.

• Eagle 20kW and Trumpf 4kW Fiber lasers can handle material 5’ x 10’ and up to 1” thick
  
• OMAX water jet can cut material as thick as 10” and accept 5’ x 10’ sheets
  
• Trumpf CNC press brake can accept parts up to 120” long, and has a bending capacity of 110 tons
  
• We have the ability to install a wide variety of PEM components
  
• We can build up your assemblies or sub-assemblies
  
• We can quote your parts from cut only, to a completely cut, bent, welded, powder coated and assembled unit
