CNC Milling

Dramco CNC mills include 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis machines from top brands like Makino, DMG, YCM, Enshu, and Haas. We can machine parts as large as 40” x 120”.

5-axis CNC mills handle the most complex parts with exceptional precision.
Horizontal 4-axis machines feature multiple pallets and rotary tables to minimize setups and handling time for efficient production.
3-axis mills are ideal for contour milling, hard milling, and general machining tasks.

CNC Turning

Dramco CNC lathes are capable of machining various part sizes, from small to large. They are suitable for producing quantities ranging from single units to thousands and can work with bars, saw cut parts, or castings.

The Citizen Swiss machine processes bar up to 1.5” in diameter and 12’ in length, featuring live tooling and a swiveling B-axis for complex components.
Our Hwacheon CNC lathe accommodates bars up to 3” in diameter with live milling, drilling, and sub-spindle capabilities.
Additional CNC lathes provide options for larger diameters, extended lengths, and specialized part requirements.

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)

Dramco offers wire EDM, sinker EDM, and hole popping for parts from small to large in size. Our EDM department achieves tight tolerances and superior surface finishes on a wide variety of materials:

Sinker EDM: Accepts parts up to 40” x 60”.
Wire EDM: Accepts parts up to 25” x 32”.

Grinding

We provide flat surface grinding for parts up to 24” x 40” and cylindrical grinding for diameters up to 12”. Dramco’s grinding services accommodate both soft and heat-treated materials, ensuring precise finishes and consistent quality.

Laser Cutting

Our 20kW fiber laser cuts mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum on 5′ x 10′ sheets up to 1″ thick. Automated sheet handling ensures fast turnaround, consistent precision, and competitive pricing for any quantity.

Waterjet Cutting

Dramco provides waterjet cutting with our OMAX 60120 Waterjet equipment for materials such as steel, aluminum, stone, rubber, and plastics, handling sheets up to 5’ x 10’. With adjustable cutting heads and precision control, we maintain tolerances below .01”, depending on material and thickness.

Welding

Dramco provides certified MIG and TIG welding for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can weld round components using a programmable indexer, and leak checking is available after welding. Services are offered for both prototype and production quantities.

Punch Press

Our punch presses support up to 400 tons with bed sizes up to 56″ x 84″. Servo and air feeders handle materials up to 7 gauge thick and 24″ wide for precision die tryout and production.
